Auto Litter
Bags - Buyers Guide
Read this before you buy litter bags anyone.
Understand weights, hidden charges, and production time.
- Size: The most common size for litter bags is 9" x 12". All bags on our
site are this size unless otherwise indicated.
- Thickness: Bags come in 2 mil, 2.5 mil, and 3 mil. The light weight bags are suitable,
but the heavier ones are stronger and nicer. We sell all three thicknesses and clearly indicate the thickness of our bags
in the description of each bag.
- Recycling: The 2.0 and 3.0 mil bags are 30% recycled plastic (15% postconsumer, 15% preconsumer). The 2.5 mil bags
don't have any recycled material. All bags have a Resin Identification Code of 4.
- Quantity: Because of the nature of the printing process for bags, many items are
subject to a 10% over or under run. We clearly indicate this in the description of the bags
that apply. The amount charged to your credit card will be based on the actual quantity
shipped. If you order 1,000 bags, for instance, you may receive up to 1,100 or as few
as 900. Only the bag cost will be adjusted, not the shipping charge.
- Shipping Charges: When comparing prices, be sure to include
shipping charges. We clearly show shipping charges for our bags in our price
lists so there are no surprises later, and you don't have to go through the check out
process to find out what bags will really cost you. Unlike some sites, we do not use
shipping charges to sneak in additional profit. What we charge you is very close
to our actual cost, and many times even less.
- Hidden Charges: Some bag sellers have plate charges that are not readily shown in their
pricing. Our prices include all charges except shipping charge and sales tax (Florida
customers only) for the bags as shown. If available, there may be extra charges for
features not show on the sample bag, such as using your logo.
- Production Time: There are several things you should be aware of concerning
production time. Days are counted in working days, so weekends and holidays are not
counted. If there is any preparation and proofing done, then the production time begins
after the proof is approved. In addition to the production time, you must allow for
shipping time. This could be an additional one to six working days.
- Secure Ordering: Before entering credit card and other sensitive information,
be sure you are on a secure page. One way to tell is to look at the web address of the
page you are on. A secure page address will always begin with "https://" instead of
"http://". Our shopping cart uses only secure pages.
